We consider user data security is important and we are committed to making future enhancements to ensure data is protected to the highest level possible and also made sure users have all rights to control their own data.
Important steps that were taken by GreyMetrics:
Made our terms and conditions document more clear and easy to understand. We have defined the terms of a Subscription, Free Trial, Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
We have appointed a DPO (Data Protection Officer) whose job is to keep your data safe, answer any questions you have about your data and maintain compliance with all applicable laws.
We have ensured our vendors(helping us to communicate with our users, for example, HubSpot, Mailchimp..). and data source integrations(example: Google Analytics, Woocommerce, Shopify..) that need access to your data in order to perform their functions are also GDPR compliant.
