The Site provides the following services: Marketing Reports & Dashboards Software for Digital Agencies (Services). You agree that by accessing the Site and/or Services, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these terms of service.
If you do not agree with all of these terms of service, then you are prohibited from using the Site and Services and you must discontinue use immediately. We recommend that you print a copy of these terms of service for future reference.

9.8 For business users only – If you are a business user, these terms of service, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the Law in USA. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of USA Delaware.

Our Privacy Notice https://greymetrics.com/privacy, which sets out the terms on which we process any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us. By using the Site, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. Our Acceptable Use Policy, which sets out the permitted uses and prohibited uses of the Site. When using the Site, you must comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or GreyMetrics cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page, if available, or by contacting GreyMetrics support team.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, GreyMetrics will issue an electronic invoice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated on the invoice.
If you register for a free trial, GreyMetrics will make some Services available to you on a trial basis, free of charge, until the earlier of the end of the free trial period for which you registered to use the applicable Services or termination of the trial by us in our sole discretion. You are not asked to provide any credit card information during the period of Free Trial. If the period of Free Trial has expired, the Account will be automatically paused. In order to reactivate the Account, you should select a suitable Plan and pay the necessary amount. At any time and without notice, GreyMetrics reserves the right to change or modify the terms of service of the Free Trial or cancel Free Trial.
You may cancel your service(monthly or yearly) at any time and cancellation will come into effect immediately and you will not be charged again for the next payment cycle.
You are completely responsible for properly cancelling your service. You need to send an email request to [email protected] to cancel your service.
The Service fee is charged beforehand on a monthly or annual basis(unless agreed otherwise between parties) and is non-refundable. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, deactivated/terminated services during an ongoing payment interval or refunds for months unused with an open account. In order to treat everyone equally, no exceptions will be made.
These Terms shall be governed by, and interpreted and enforced in accordance with, the laws in the United Kingdom, as applicable. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then any remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements, oral or otherwise, regarding the Service.
